We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

Very cozy and unique place. Host was super friendly and helpful always making sure we were ok. Breakfast was great and complete. I would definitely recommend this place. It is is like 5 mins away from the train station.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a restful retreat after a day of travel. The restroom is very clean and full of necessities. We went as a group of 3 and we are not small people (lol) but we stayed comfortably in the room. Breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the care and attention given to every guest experience. They also have another place in Venice and we went there for lunch and the owner also provided great hospitality. We were so appreciative. We wholeheartedly recommend Chiara Lodge to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and outstanding service. About 5 mins walk to bus station and the train station…we will definitely return! Thank you.
