Very friendly staff Hotel is older but they all are. we had a quad room and it was large and all functional. It was about a 10-12 min walk from train station and the restaurants around the hotel we all being enjoyed by locals and it was safe . Would recommend and it is very close to the crea water taxi stop

Very friendly staff, assisted with our luggage which was wonderful and got our tv working. Room was quaint with modern bathroom but some steps inside require you to be alert as they are hard to notice ( maybe signage). Overall would stay again definitely.

Great hotel and fantastic location

A great value hotel in the best area of Venice. Situated in a quiet courtyard but literally a minutes walk from the canal side restaurants of Cannaregio. Vaporetto stops are nearby as is a stop on the airport water bus route and the main rail station so it’s ideally located. Wonderfully helpful staff who are there to guide you through the intricacies of the city. An added bonus is breakfast served in the garden.

Lovely place to stay in Cannaregio, Venice. Very quiet and clean. Lovely staff. Let us leave our bags until later in the day. Great area convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely people slightly tired, very small room. Smallest shower I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was good Continental but the outside terrace was also tired - the canopy was dirty and dripping stagnant water in places. Overall 6/10 saved by the staff who were really helpful.

Perfect in Venice

Perfectly located close to the railwaystation, still quiet and calm. Nice room and breakfast, very serviceminded staff. As always in Venice, only bring what you can carry yourself!

The staff were very friendly. Its not in the center of Venice, its close to the railway station, but quite an easy walk to the center. Theres good restaurants nearby, (remember to make reservations to avoid dissapointment, some are very popular). I will stay again next visit.

Lovely little hotel, with a lot of history. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful (told us about the €2 gondola ride you can do). Great location, easily walkable to the train station and boat stations. Nice bars round the corner as well. Lovely breakfast provided in a courtyard. Would definitely stay there again.
