"Had to wait till 4.30 pm to check in after arriving at 2.30 pm .Sitting arround for 2 hrs to watch others go to there rooms was frustrating. We booked months in advance and made plans for the afternoon that we could not do.We payed for it but could not use it."

The Parker Hotel and Rooftop
"The staff was excellent and very helpful. The manager Kitti was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable. Wagner and Kris in the lobby were so helpful. The rooftop is a lovely place to sit enjoy drinks and snacks. Such a treat and a lovely atmosphere."
