"The room was clean and spacious with beautiful views of downtown Vancouver. The kitchen in my room came stocked with supplies for cooking. I felt like I was staying in my own apartment rather than a hotel because of how comfortable I was. Loved my experience. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom sink took a very long time to drain. I would have to turn the water off to wait for it to drain before I could continue using it as it would start to back up quickly. "

"Location was great. Very walkable to anywhere downtown.They had earplugs at the desk.Very clean. Friendly staff. Never had to wait for the washroom. The only downside is noise depending on the location of your room. They have earplugs at the desk."

"We were on the Burrard road side and it was pretty loud. They have added in room air conditioners to the mobile kind ( needed now in the summer ) and I think that’s where most of the noise was coming from"

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and very quiet which was surprising considering where hotel is located. We ate dinner at Moxies (delicious) and then walked over to Rogers Arena for a concert. Checking out was super quick and easy. I did deduct one star from the review and that is because of the elevators and the Parkade. There are two small elevators that are VERY slow. Now I understand that we were there during a very busy time but due to my disability I needed the elevator and sometimes you'd wait a loooong time. Also the elevator opens up directly into Moxies and there was a big line up to get in so trying to navigate elevator was awful. Also the parkade was dark, full of cobwebs and caution tape was up all around.... Not the most inviting. I will definitely stay here again (when I am able to use stairs again😂)."
