The property was exceptional and the location to the downtown core was brilliant. I walked everywhere and always felt safe. The value for the experience was perfectly matched. "

Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job. They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator. "

"The staff were the best part of our stay—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They allowed us to check in about two hours early, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not great. There was no clear air conditioning in the room (either it wasn’t available or the thermostat wasn’t working), and the room was very hot. I had booked a room with two queen beds but was given two doubles instead. Since there were four of us sharing the room, the smaller beds made it quite cramped, and we were still charged an “extra guest” fee. The room itself felt quite small, and there was garbage on the floor behind one of the beds. The remote had a Netflix button, but Netflix didn’t work. We also tried connecting the TV to the internet to cast from our phones, but the network settings weren’t accessible. There was also very loud construction happening upstairs during our stay, with frequent drilling noise. Additionally, the elevators were extremely small. On the positive side, the location is excellent, with many food options and amenities nearby. Overall, the staff and location were great, but the room quality and amenities did not match expectations."
