"Wish there was a fridge in the room and a little more updated however the location was excellent. The garage where we stored our car for the weekend was a block away and the subway was right outside our hotel. Highly recommend."

"We used to stay at the Knickerbocker in midtown A year ago we stayed in an air b and B on the upper west side. While in the neighborhood we passed by the Bellaclaire—a beautiful building. We now stay there every time we are in New York—-4 times a year The neighborhood is great Two grocery stores in walking distance ., 2 movie theaters, a Barnes and Noble a many great restaurants. The 72nd street subway is4 blocks away and connects you withe time Square and the rest of New York City The staff is great Edward the doorman and Benedict the desk cleak are exceptional. The hotel has a great French Bakery on the main floor and you get a breakfast voucher to it for everyday you stay there The best room in the hotel are the Broadway Kings. An oval room withe 4 windows looking down on Broadway. This room is 390 square feet and has a refrigerator and microwave. A beautiful location and beautiful hotel"

"The staff is friendly and the hotel is the best option in the uws. I have stayed there many times and will probably stay again This time one elevator was not working during all of my stay and a second one broke for a few days as well. The hotel was packed and the wait time for the elevator was long Also, the more expensive deluxe rooms overlook broadway avenue and the noise makes it difficult to rest. Next time I’m going back to the cheaper rooms…"

"Clean place, helpful staff, good option for long or short stays. The beds are comfortable, and the showers too (the toilet are a bit on the small side, but nothing major). Rooms have a locker, AC and heater. It has a cafeteria in the lobby and a new bar for guests. Study room, kitchen, laundry and other spaces are available for guests. Check in or check out processes are very smooth, and luggage storage is available."

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."
