This property is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance from Central Park, clean and quiet area. Staffs are excellent with assisting guests and answering questions. The 3 stars I give is due to location, staffs and breakfast. The cleaning crew work so hard, however the building itself is rundown. The carpet, wall, floors are old and breaking apart.

The staff was helpful and friendly. When our scheduled cab didn't show up, the front desk called a car service that quickly arrived. The breakfast is adequate but could use more than one fruit. The hotel is clean, but some carpet areas have bleach stains. Overall, a good stay and good location.

It was decent. The rooms are a little small but there is AC. The staff was nice, but you get what you pay for. The area is super safe though, so the price is fairly good. You are also walking distance from lots of restaurants and Central Park. And the train stop is so close also.
