"The room was very clean and the owners were very clear and concise with directions. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants"

"Very good."

"The hotel location being close to the train station was perfect. It was convenient and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable"

"The way they’re charging for their breakfast is confusing. All I do is drink some milk and my wife just wanted some coffee but they wanted to charge us $15 for the breakfast. We explained this to them in the first morning they allow us to do this without charging and we had to go through the next day.. Everybody was nice so I hope they find a way to work this out."

"The breakfast menu are poor. "

"I find it impossible to leave a good review after this hotel totally ignored a problem we had. We needed a taxi to the ship port and it was arranged. However we were never told that we needed to pay in cash. In fact we should NOT have to pay cash as they have the ability to take credit cards. We were also told to never pay more than the price posted. So when we got to the port the driver got very angey when we said we didn’t have cash. We were berated and overcharged by about 30 euro. "The positive aspects include clean rooms, helpful staff, a delicious and hearty breakfast, and the kind woman who served it. On the downside, the elevator is old, and the shower and toilet are separate from the room. Overall, however, it was a good experience—and it was also close to the subway station."

"Convenient location close to Termini station but enough distance to be out of the crowds, nothing fancy."

"Location, room clean, professional staff. Train station super close to the hotel."

"El hotel cumple con lo quw promete buen precio cerca de la estación de trenes a 10 min caminando. Lo que no me gusto es que se escuchan ruidos de la calle y me despierto con eso"

"Hemos estado mi familia y yo y todo ha sido muy bueno La lavandería la encontramos el último día :( En general todo muy bien"

"We stayed at Hotel Royal Court in the annex building for five nights. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel experience, do not book a room here. The annex is not a 4 star hotel and it being advertised as one feels misleading. The images of the room we booked online showed a room with a big window. Our room barely had any natural light, making it feel more like a prison cell. One night during our stay we had to evacuate in the middle of the night due to a false fire alarm. This was...

"Not many nearby restaurants. We took out from nearby supermarket. Lots of graffiti in area. Breakfast good."
