"This was the newer building across the street, but it is not properly built. The elevator was leaking, we had blackout several times. The water pressure was low and on two of the days, we could not shower because the water was completely off. Because of the rain, the entrance to the hotel was very muddy. We requested for someone to come to our room to fix a broken toilet seat. We stayed for five nights and no one came. Overall, it was not comfortable for my family and I."

"The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Our stay was perfect and served our needs well! We felt safe during the day but would suggest a taxi at night. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and daily breakfast were a hit! The unit was very comfortable and came with a gallon of water! We thought there was an issue with the toilet but the property manager came over quickly & taught us how to use it. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but we made do. Host was very responsive! I would definitely stay again."

"Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request."
