The hotel staffs were friendly and pleasant. We enjoy the rooftop restaurant and the food. The main level restaurant was very cold for me but others may prefer it.

Excellent service all round, front desk, dinning, cleaning, security, on a whole the services were outstanding and well kept hotel. The Bajan chef is an outstanding cook, his local delicacies was on point and even made chicken curry for breakfast on our last day as a request. The staff went beyond to accommodate my 2 toddlers for extra services. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at.

Very nice hotel

Brand new hote, very nice and very friendly staff. If anything, the service in the restaurant could be better, staff appeared a bit inexperienced with a very high price level.

Best Western by Aiden in Georgetown, Guyana was an oasis of NYC in the middle of Georgetown Guyana. I went on a multigenerational trip to Guyana and they took care of my entire family. Their warmth and hospitality was quite welcome. Chef Garfield was kind and attentive, and they offered both standard fare as well as a taste of local dishes. We only wished we were staying in Guyana longer.

I was traveling with my 85 year old father and we needed to check in a few days earlier than anticipated. The staff were incredibly helpful and found us the best possible room to make him comfortable and safe. The disabled bathroom was the best we had seen in Georgetown and staff provided us with additional options to keep my father as safe as possible. Would definitely stay again.

Very great service. As a business traveller this fits my needs. Very central location to get around Georgetown easily with transport. Great lobby for meetings. Didn't eat much there, but when I did the food was great! Was skeptical about the WiFi at first, I need fast speeds to stream live meetings, but it came through really well. Front desk was really pleasant, engaging and helpful... and the conditions of the property stood out from what I was accustomed to. Actually all the staff were hospitable. I travel a lot throughout the Caribbean and when I'm in Guyana will definitely use them again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and staff were the highlight of the trip. My only constructive feedback would be food quality. Breakfast was included and the choices, display and taste of it was subpar. My dinner experiences were also very subpar. Being so close to the market, you would expect fresher, local options with more variety, especially when compared to other hotels in Guyana. All my meals were either delivered, Giraffe Cafe (excellent on all levels) and Miami2. You are losing much needed revenue because of your poor food quality. Focusing on your F&B will take this place to the next level. Kudos to front desk, housekeeping teams and dining room team! Well done.

Nice Hotel, But Overpriced!! The hotel itself is clean and the service is excellent, no complaints there. But at $456 USD per night, the value just doesn't match the price. I looked out my window and saw a group of guys with motorcycles in what felt like the hood. One of them was revving his engine nonstop late into the night. I honestly couldn’t believe I was paying those rates for that kind of noise and view. And the food?.... I paid $38 USD for a plate of spaghetti bolognese. Thirty-eight! For pasta! At this point, I wasn’t sure if I was staying at a hotel or being pranked by a Michelin starred illusion. Bottom line...great staff, clean rooms, but the pricing is outrageous, and the surroundings don’t justify the cost.
