"Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay. "

"Manager that checked us in secured us an early dinner reservation at Fig & Thistle restaurant (quite good and just a short walk from the hotel) on a busy Saturday evening. Food and service for breakfast the next day was excellent!"

"Location was awesome. It had both a kitchen and laundry which allowed for a chance from eating out as we were on a 1 month holiday. Very clean, also unexpected was the room tidying after first night."

"The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The location is walkable to restaurants and pubs and sites. The only thing I would change, is that I wish there was an outlet or an extension cord on both sides of the bed so myself and my partner could have had our phones near us to charge at night."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily. The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful."

"The hotel is very nice and position excellent. Our room 935 did have its problems. The heating was stuck on max and the radiator cap did not turn it off. The tv remote did not work (I think batteries flat) and there was a wifi blackspot in the main bedroom. I told reception about the issues before i left and so i hope they addressed them, we got in late and were only staying one night so didnt let them know in real time. Wouldn’t let it stop me staying again but should be on a pre-let...

"Breakfast was generally very good but strange to have only sliced bread despite menu stating bread from local bakery. Not even croisssants. "

"Only downside was the room above mine had the loud squeaky floor which woke me up and kept me up until the person above went to bed. Everything else was good. "
