Beautiful spot on the River Ness; well maintained hotel in an old victorian. Staff was helpful, breakfast buffet very convenient for early risers. Enjoyed our stay!
Loved this place. We got upgraded upon arrival and the room was gorgeous overlooking the river. Big large room and huge bathroom. Hotel was beautiful and loved being attached to the brewery to have cocktails and whiskey at night. Great location close to the city centre. Highly recommend!!!
A very modern hotel in a brewery and distillery. A great and beautiful location on the River Ness, convenient to the city center.
The rooms were very comfortable and quiet - perfect for travelers who explore Inverness and the rest of the Highlands.
This is an older hotel with a great location. The staff was excellent. It is very clean with the bathrooms updated. It doesn't have an elevator and it was difficult for me ( as an older person) to navigate the 4 flights of stairs to my room. Although the breakfast was good, it is very crowded in the mornings and difficult to get a table.
This was a nice stay near the center of town on the river. I'd definitely stay there again. There is ample parking (paid) behind the building which is important. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was bland. Breakfasts were good. We didn't get a chance to do the distillery and brewery tour, maybe next time.
This property is in an awesome location! Directly on the river Ness. Charming neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful.
Only reason not 5 star across the board is the lack of provided toiletries (hair care products) and the distillery’s lack of brand products. Were told they not yet producing whisky?
Anyway, the breakfast was amazing and overall experience was excellent!
Great hotel along the River Ness! Our room had its own living room w tv, cozy chairs and a view of the river. Comfortable beds and large shower. Perfect location. Walking distance to Inverness castle experience, Victorian market, shopping etc. Great walking path around River Ness out your front door. Hotel had its own brewery and distillery on site. So feet from whiskey and beer!! Win win!! They also have a full restaurant. Would highly recommend

Liked: Cleanliness
Very small room with equally small bathroom. Not great value for the price.
We had a wedding on the Saturday during our stay. Our room was directly over the stage where the band rocked out until after 11:00pm.
We were not informed about this at check in.
Restaurant and breakfast was good

Pretty run down rooms and common areas. The distillery and bar were good, but the staff were not extremely friendly or helpful. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good but you had to hike a mile to get to your table with your food. Parking was miserable on the street, but there is a lot in the back they don’t tell you about.
We had a double classic room which had a nice view and was really comfortable. We had a great meal in the restaurant. The staff on reception were really professional and friendly. We be returning again soon.
