"All staff were very friendly. The staff we had to interact with were efficient and polite. We had a family room and it was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner & breakfast the following morning. All was lovely, dinner was particularly tasty. "

"Clean, comfortable room. Lovely, helpful staff and easy to check in and out. Great location for town too. Our only gripe was that the weather was warm and our upstairs room was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan provided. There was an air con unit in the room, but it needed an ice pack, so it didnt make any difference to us. Otherwise, lovely hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Lovely little pub accommodation, the room was spacious and the bed comfy. I would have liked an iron in the room, and a more powerful shower, as well as an earlier check in. The breakfast was lovely, as was the owner. A nice little place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton. They were very accommodating and provided us with a travel cot. It was our first time staying at a hotel with our baby and we had a great sleep for the first time in ages! We booked a king room and received a super king bed, bonus."

"We flew from Canada for a 70th Birthday party here. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Liam our Breakfast server was phenomenal!! He was an attentive and professional with a smile. The Trainee manager Ryan with the lovely hair was a pleasure, as were the two bar tenders Jamie and Nathan. We would not hesitate to book this place again. "

"Room was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. Adjoining pub is nice inside with outside terrace and local beer brewed onsight. Quick taxi or 15 minute walk from the centre of Ashby De La Zouch. Really nice engaging staff"

"We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites. The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton."
