"The hotel was lovely, clean and had friendly staff that went out of their way to help as there was a situation with my Expedia booking which basically said that the room wasn’t booked on Saturday but they went out of their way to help and make sure we had a room for the night."

"The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! "

Arrived just as they were about to close the kitchen for the evening which was unfortunate (victim of circumstance), so be aware of that, however a recommended local pub was a very good alternative. Didn't have breakfast booked due to time constraints"
