The staff were friendly and welcoming with knowledge of the local area, which was handy as I needed to get taxis to and from Catton Park during my stay! The foyer area is large and open which felt welcoming and relaxed and it was clean and tidy. My room itself was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and big shower. I also had two meals during my stay which despite not being amazing were still nice and value for money. Overall, a pleasant stay.
