When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. "This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much! "
