"We’ve stayed in most of the resorts in Cancun, this one felt like a prison. The lifeguard yelled at my kids for “diving” in the pool…my kids don’t know how to dive and we’re not doing so. 2 minutes later he came back and accused my kids of jumping off the middle bar and told us it was “our last warning”…it was disgusting to think we paid to be someone that treated us like this and made my kids cry. I had to show the staff my video to prove they were just swimming and not doing anything they were accused of. The lifeguard was extremely vulgar and rude. My kids asked if we could leave which we ended up doing. In addition the facility is aging and in poor condition. A lot of the beach has been lost. It would be the last hotel I would recommend in Cancun. We stayed at the hotel beside instead, Fiesta Americana, and had a wonderful experience."

"Resort was clean and staff great but a different kind of resort for sure. I did not like the really loud music playing until 2am below my room nightly. i don't mind partying late but to hear in your room this late every single night was tough"

"The bell hop and some staff at restaurants were great. Having access to the beach resort was a plus. We received a relaxing treatment at the spa.The Krudo restaurant next to it was exceptional. The people at the concierge desk were not very nice and the outdoor hot tub and room jacuzzi were cold. The one on our balcony would'nt fill up. The food was okay. Same thing every single day for breakfast. It would have been nice to have access to more coffee. It was our second time there. We had a good time but will not be returning."
