Excellent location. Good facilities at a reasonable price, given its right by the Kaminari Gate and the shopping street. Clean and tiddy, although storage space is limited if you have a lot of luggage. Great for backpackers.
Close to the train station. The hotel was clean and the sleeping cabin was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Liked: Amenities
Not too sure how many times they clean, but sheets aren't changed, toilets are often unkempt. They also had difficulty granting accessibility request. Front desk is often unavailable. Perhaps I stayed in a very busy weekend? Nevertheless, the area hits quite a bit of foot traffic and it's closed to restaurants and shops.
The hotel is clean and simple which is fine for the price.
Check-in is online and you have to do it yourself, so basically there is no personal contact if not necessary. When I arrived there was someone at the front desk but they are not there often. So when a problem happened there was no one there to contact. The first night I stayed a big part of the electricity went out (no reading lights, no wifi, no AC, no warm water, no light in toilets or showen). This went on till 11am the next morning. There was no one to contact and we got no info about when this problem will be fixed if someone was even doing something. I contacted the hotel by mail (as this was the only contact info I had) and never got any response. This is very poor customer service.
