Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice, clean and quiet room. The hotel right next to the Kuramae train station is a great convenience. We had enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay with this hotel. It was super clean and everything is practically new. The staff was very communicative. The metro was steps away. There are so many restaurants around. I would highly recommend!

Hotel rooms are large by Tokyo standards. We had 2 adults one kid but be suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. more than that would get crowded. 2 rooms each floor. 2 double beds in seperate room kitchenette and couch and then tatami room for foutons. Small washer dryer, no instruction but was able to translate enough to work. Think small loads. Couple complaints and cautions. First pillows are horrible. like sleeping on a sack filled with pine cones. The other problem is lack of actual reception desk and staff. Do to lack of staff could not have luggage delivered or picked up by yamato transport Taq i bin. Have to take it and pick up at transport station in Akiharbara. Good value and location though.

We stayed for 7 nights and the room had a very strong smell of sewage. We complained and the staff tried to disinfect the drains but it didn’t go well. The smell was finally gone after a deep cleaning two nights before we left. During the stay, we asked for moving to another room but there was no other rooms available. We didn’t enjoy our stay.

A large room near Asakusa and Oedo lines

Minn Asakusa is located directly outside the A7 exit of the Kuramae station. The A7 exit is from the Oedo Line of the Keikyu Railways (though not accessible from the Asakusa line), so it is easy to access by train. We had a room with two beds, a tatami area with up to 3futons and a couch suitable to sleep on. The room was large as Tokyo hotel rooms go. The hotel has a modern Japanese aesthetic. The maximum capacity of the room was listed as 6 people, but I think that would be a fit. The space was roomy for 4, though. The room included a sort of minimal kitchen, which would be suitable for heating pre-prepared meals, but not much more. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute walk from the Senso-ji (temple) in Asakusa and a few steps from the Sumida River. Our hotel stay was great and I will definitely check for availability on my next stay in Tokyo. One thing to note is that there is minimal staff. Check-in is via a tablet and video call, followed by an issued room code (i.e., no physical room key). There were staff around, but I did not interact with them beyond a polite greeting.

スタッフさんも感じが良く、設備やお部屋の広さは大満足でした。ただ１つだけ、お部屋の埃がひどかったです、、テーブルは拭いたら真っ黒。空気清浄機の上も。他が良かっただけにそこだけ残念でした。ですがまた利用したい宿です。

部屋はきれいでした、食器類も揃っており家族6名快適に過ごせました。 近くにコンビニもあり地下鉄入口すぐあり便利でした。 ただシャワーの温度調節に苦戦　お湯が出るまで時間かかり　これからの季節あの状態ではダメだと思います。 即日改善すべき点ですね。 ティッシュペーパーも入室時点から少なかったか、男性スタッフが即補充してくれました。 お世話になりました。
