Amazing location closed by to all type of transportation.. the place was mint conditions. after few days in Japan the self service check-in was normal for me. I most definitely recommend this place for short or long stays.

It was clean and spacious room. It's very close from Sangenjyaya station and there are lots of stores in the area. My room was by the security gate. I was concerned about noises before I got there but it actually didn't bother me at all. It was quiet while I was staying for 8 night. I would definitely stay there again.

Room clean, close to train ( 10 mins walk), close to shops, amenities great such as wifi, washing machine with dryer, kitchen (Beware not many utensils), fridge, nice shower... Overall all what was promised (beware it's only small- a family of 4 fits nicely but no more)

We needed a place at the last minute, and this was available and close to where we needed. Rated this a bit low since toilet room and bathroom could be cleaner. Also, the fire alarm started malfunctioning early in our stay during the middle of the night. We asked management to look at it and fix it, but they did not. So we pulled the battery and put things back when we checked out. Management just kept asking if the device was still beeping even after we informed them we pulled the battery. But for the most part, they were responsive. Also, we had to initially reach out to them for the wifi info, and it stopped working after 4 days, but we decided to do without. Other than those issues, it was as pictured and described. The washer was nice to have in the apartment unit.

It is a nice room for a maximum of 4 persons. The beds are a bit too soft for me, while my kid likes it. It would be better if a set of table and chairs is equipped. The lightbulb broke on the second day of our stay. The host responded fast abd sendt someone to fix it for us. Thank you also for allowing us to drop our luggagees earlier :)
