"Staff is outstanding. If you want a very compact, all-inclusive resort with good restaurants and bars, this could be it. I will say that the drinks are very watered down, and the coffee was so weak and watery everywhere in the resort. That was a major disappointment. I thought being in Mexico we would get great strong coffee- only if you order espresso from the bar (definitely not their Starbucks-adjacent coffee stand). Not much to do on site. We spent most of our days off-site doing excursions (tons to choose from; costs extra). Don’t go to Cancun/Playa del Carmen thinking you’ll get bargains downtown. It’s pretty expensive everywhere."
