"Hotel is beautiful, the pool In the middle is amazing, the beach is so, so, but with the pool is awesome, different pools to pick, restaurants so delicious, staff was great. We loved the cafe which open 24 hours 😁. Honestly I do recommend it"

"This was our first time staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise. The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in to the lobby. Where we were escorted to the privilege check-in. The privileged staff were very knowledgeable and will inform you with all the upgrades you have as a privileged guest. We were introduced to our butler Pool (pronounced Paul) who by far made or stay much better by booking all our reservations for dinner and fulfilled any need that we had. Keep in mind. The hotel is very large and lengthy. Thankfully, the resort has a trolley that operates from 7 AM till 10 PM which was very helpful. There are plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy. A kids, adults only, privilege, and oceanfront pool. I can’t say that much about the other pools since we were at the privilege pool the entire stay. Plenty of restaurants with a great variety food from Italian, Mexican, steakhouse, Teppanyaki which were all fantastic. The privilege lounge also has a great breakfast, but we seem to get faster service at the breakfast buffet at the entrance and more of selection. We upgraded our room to a oceanfront suite which came with a large pullout sofa and a king size bed with two TVs and two restrooms. Our fridge was consistently stocked with beverages. The beach was a hit a mess with all the seaweed overtaking the water. But we knew beforehand what we were getting ourselves into so it wasn’t really a big deal."

"Property was very clean and fully remodeled from the looks of it. Room was very nice but the bathrrom situation was unique ( open bathtub area). Seemed like half of the staff was giving great service but the other half seemed unhappy to be working there. Had a situation were on our last night I was treating my kids to the cotten candy machine(cost extra). The machine took my 500peso bill and gave me a stick with no cotton candy on it. When reported to the front desk I was told they could not reimburse me cause they did not own that machine (this was not disclosed on the machine). Buffets were good overall but the reservation only restaurants were a disappointment when it came to the food, the restaurants themselfs were gorgeous."
