"Cocoon Theresienwiese was a pleasant surprise. We booked a room for 4 people (two adults, two teens). The room was huge compared to what we were expecting. The was a queen bed for my husband and I and two bunks for the kids. The curtain separating the bunk area from the rest of the room was a nice touch.
There was also a small sofa, kitchen table with 4 chairs, a kitchenette, bench seat and closet area. The bathroom had a roomy shower and the hair dryer came with a diffuser! (Curly haired...

"A great stay in Munich. We had booked a larger room due to our stay being 5 nights. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and had a huge shelf to store all our stuff which is something so many places don’t give you.
We had a balcony, although the weather meant we didn’t use it as much as we might have.
We had a tv in the seating area which despite what the website lists, it doesn’t come with an Apple TV box. The TV was Chromecast enabled which I don’t think is...

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice.
Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"Location: Good - short walk from train station
Room: Clean and everything in good condition
Bed: just feel ok for me, not so comfy but ok.
Space: Great!
Little problem for me is no shower cap / mouthwash re-fill automatic, even I told front but later I came back from outside, still no re-fill. However, I could asked and pick up at front desk.
Overall is good to stay if you will visit Munich. "

"I hope this review benefits to all planning to book this hotel. I confirm that this following information is true without any bias to anyone.
1. The front desk always deny my request, I already put in the reservation that I need a hard pillow for each one. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. They didn’t do it. The front desk said please tell housemate. Then I told the housemate, she said please call front desk. I kept requesting and got the pillows on 2 nd night.
