My mom, husband and I stayed here in the family studio and it had everything we needed (stove, washer/dryer, dishes, etc.) it was a home away from home. The location is also close to the bus and train stations. I would stay here again.

We stayed five nights at Stay Kooook Munich and had an overall great experience. The check in process was really easy and our room was ready for us early which was perfect as we arrived two hours before check in. We had a studio room with kitchenette which was super spacious with great natural light. The bathroom door issue mentioned in earlier reviews has been sorted (at least the door in our room had a privacy film over it). We did struggle a bit with the air con system on our first night (the temperature couldn’t be changed so it got very warm overnight) but the next day it had been fixed. The communal kitchen and lounge area downstairs was also really good. Location was excellent and the room was quiet. We would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location is absolutely fantastic - just steps away from the Hauptbahnhof, which made getting around incredibly easy. Our room was lovely, bright, and airy, and the air conditioning was a massive lifesaver in the heat. We also loved having the kitchen and made great use of it. It was incredibly handy to be able to borrow cooking essentials like salt and pepper from the communal flat. Our only minor critique for the kitchen is that it could have really used a dustpan and brush so we could sweep up crumbs after cooking. A couple of small things to note: our room wasn’t quite ready by the 3 PM check-in time, and housekeeping missed one of our two scheduled cleaning days. However, the team was responsive on WhatsApp and sorted the cleaning out the very next day. Plus, the communal flat was a great, secure space for us to store our luggage on both our arrival and departure days. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend it!
