"Excellent breakfast and cocktail bar. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly"

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"Location: Good - short walk from train station Room: Clean and everything in good condition Bed: just feel ok for me, not so comfy but ok. Space: Great! Little problem for me is no shower cap / mouthwash re-fill automatic, even I told front but later I came back from outside, still no re-fill. However, I could asked and pick up at front desk. Overall is good to stay if you will visit Munich. "

"Meget godt renhold.Gode senger"

"Convenient location a block away from Munich HbF train station and key metro and tram lines. The breakfast was excellent. However, I am rating 3 stars due to housekeeping staff rifling our luggage one day while we were out. The hotel is nice but this is unacceptable."

"Gesamteindruck sehr positiv, freundliches Personal, saubere und gut ausgestatte Zimmer. Gern wieder"

"Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊👍"

"Super friendly staff! Nice clean and comfortable room with everything needed and a great location! Didnt try the breakfast but would highly recommend none the less. Thank you!!"

"Receptionists are extremely friendly. One thing I would recommend is to limit the amount of time each dryer runs. I went to use the dryer and both were set to for over an hour (one showing 1:44 hour)."

"Small family from Southern USA, loved the hotel and staff. Clean and larger rooms. Loved the pool. Wish there was ice more, but it is Germany. They would give us a cup of ice from the lobby bar, which was fantastic!"
