Fairly new and modern hotel. Small rooms but well laid out and had everything you need. Cafe in the bottom of rye hotel is great for breakfast and lunch too, and there are many areas in the hotel to hang out and read/work.

The perfect hotel for those visiting for Oktoberfest. We were able to check in a little early after an overnight flight which was very helpful. The staff was great and the cafe on the ground floor was a perfect spot for breakfast.

This is the perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and it was less than 5 minute walk, convenient to get to any transportation and nearby shops. The hotel itself is so nice and the staff are very helpful. We were 5 people and stayed in the clubhouse. The room had so much space and storage for a big group, it was perfect

The room was clean, large and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great. Check in was clunky at best. It’s self-check in and you have to make your own keys. Which is fine but their equipment wasn’t setup/plugged in the lobby and the employee just watched us struggle and never offered to help which was odd. We actually assumed they maybe didn’t work there since they never acknowledged us at all or offered to help but later found out they did indeed work for the hotel. We found a second setup station elsewhere in the hallway which was installed and in working order and were able to get the keys. The hotel is a little outside of the main city center but easy access to public transportation. There’s a bakery downstairs but not much else in the way of dinning in the immediate area. The tv only has local channels which isn’t a big deal but also would’ve been nice to have access to Netflix’s or something for the kids in the evenings.

The rooms are spacious, comfy, modern and clean. Has everything you need, from a mini stove and dishes, to quality shower products and wireless charging of phone. This hotel is across the street from Theresienwiese, the Octoberfest fairgrounds. We arrived the first day of Octoberfest and needed an upgrade to a bigger room. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request, even though it was a super busy weekend! We got a bigger room and it was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was clean and they even provided a free beer upon check-in!

The hotel is very new and therefore in really good shape. The sound insulation is good, which we could tell despite it being a quiet period for occupancy at the hotel. The cleaning staff are very helpful and accommodating should you need them. The sustainability aims of the hotel in not automatically cleaning your room unless you request it is I think a very smart idea, needless cleans aggravate me! The location of the hotel is convenient and the area is a nice one at this time of year (Spring). The bakery downstairs is great, although I'm not keen on their coffee (but that's me being a coffee snob!). The hub / reception is very relaxed and has some food and drink that can be purchased should it be needed. We appreciated the ability to buy pasta and sauce from. There on the first night as we got it later than expected and were hungry! We did ask for a replacement light bulb for the lower bunk bed and were told this would be dealt with the next day. It wasn't. We didn't follow up as it wasn't essential, but they are very relaxed so if you need something done, you'll need to be a little bit more proactive/persistent about it. The kitchen was good but lacks an oven, there was only a hob and microwave. An oven would be ideal. Is what it is! All in all, a very comfortable stay in a new city for us. We would happily stay there again.
