Lovely and helpful staff. Marked down as it was an inconvenience having to go to reception to have coffee in the morning. Not the best of areas for a solo traveller but great access to Karl and Marienplatz and the train station.

Staff are friendly, a variety of delicious choices at breakfast, the hotel itself looks a bit aged but generally well mantained. Although room cleaning is not available, we can take fresh towels anytime and replace with our used ones which is personally quite fine for me. I have stayed for 5 days and it was a good experience.

The breakfast facilities are outstanding. I’ve never stayed somewhere with the layout that this hotel had but it worked reasonably well. If you stay you’ll experience it, the open interior stairwell is different! The staff were great to deal with. The room was very clean.
