"Muy bien todo"

"During my stay, everything was so quiet and relaxing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciate the manager, Elizabeth, for reaching out to me every day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay even better. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable! I would definitely recommend staying here. ❤️"

"Spacious room (two queens), perfect for our mother-daughter “night before the cruise”. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Initially the outlets didn’t work but when we suggested checking the breaker, that issue was immediately fixed. Beds were very comfy. Delicious food at the Blue Lavender Cafe & Market. Nice, airy vibe. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool & hot tub, especially while waiting for the room to be ready. We would return!"

"Hotel was below average. Hotel charged an additional $30 a night upon check in on top of what was already paid through expedia hotel is not worth such a high nightly rate. The worst part about the stay which also ruined my vacation was someone enterred our room and stole over $1000 worth of electronics from my bag. when raised with hotel staff minimum effort was made to find out what happened and who had stolen my items. i would never stay at this hotel again and would discouarge others from...

"The staff especially front of the house were super engaged and really seemed invested in the guests having a good time. They have free Champaign hour, bikes, beach chairs, a good hot breakfast with eggs, beacon, turkey sausage, potatos, etc. rooms was clean and fresh, they have multiple fridges in the room with a drawer one and a normal one. Shower/bathroom seemed to be new. Really thought it was a solid place to stay if you’re wanting to do the south beach scene."

"Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Didn't like the extra $32 a day fees they added at the end."

"We had a good stay at avalon the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was a bit small but clean and confortable. Don't skip the breakfast a la carte very good. The only downside is the noise from the AC unit at night but it's an art déco hôtel preserved for it's old style. So far we had a good time. We will be back soon."

"Very great experience with Franklin Suites. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in miami."

"Staff were attentive but the property, pool, grounds were pretty dated. Location was a plus if you want to be near the beach action"

"Everything excellent!!!!"

"This property was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise, it was clean, comfortable. We did a self check in. The owner’s instructions were clear for the self check in. The breakfast was very good, great variety of fresh fruits, eggs, coffee, juice, jam, toasts all home made! The location was great! 10 min walk to miami beach, restaurants, shopping and farmacies. Overall 10 stars!! Thank you!!"

"Great place close to the beach, staff was helpful"

"The location is outstanding. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent and they were accommodating to our requests. This property is highly recommended and will stay again."
