"The stay at was excellent, the staff and management were very accomodating and understanding. The communication was excellent.The rooms were comforatable and CLEAN. The location was steps from the main beach strip. There were lots of amenities steps a way as well. I would recommend it to my friends and family and would stay again. We look forward to returning."

"Clean room. Easy check-in/check-out process. Alton Rd. is an underrated location. Lots of great restaurants on West Avenue. For the price, I was very pleased with my accommodations. Would consider booking there again."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and although a tiny bit small very well appointed. The staff were were very polite and helpful in particular the guy at reception, didn’t get his name but will get it on our next stay, as we liked it so much we are returning next Saturday, (28th Feb), for one night when we return from our cruise. It is very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on Collins Ave, would definitely recommend. "

We stayed in the ocean view room on the second floor, didn’t hear any road noise or music. The rooftop area is really nice with Great views. The rooms were more like apartments than a hotel which is awesome. I would stay here again. "
