"I arrived at the hotel and was assigned to room #3317, which is located right next to a restaurant and an emergency exit staircase. There was constant noise 24/7. The stairwell door was opening and closing throughout the night, and it sounded as if someone was trying to open my room door. The noise from both the restaurant and the stairwell made the entire night extremely disruptive. The main reason for my stay was to rest before traveling the next day, but I was unable to get any sleep. This was a very unpleasant experience and did not meet the basic expectations of a hotel stay. I am requesting a full refund or appropriate compensation."

"Beautiful hotel! We did a last minute mother-daughter long weekend and it was perfect. Pool is busy but so pretty and plenty of space to swim around. Beach was well staffed and so easy to access. I loved the beach trail that goes all the way to south beach-great for morning walk!"

"Very convenient. Right across from the beach. Staff was friendly. Our only issue was they were ‘stingy’ with towels. We had to ask each day for more towels."

"Location was great, right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms were small and the pool was at the sister hotel next door. Breakfast was also at the hotel next door and not a lot of food options."
