Clean and spacious room, with great amenities! Additionally, every single member of the staff was excellent and very helpful. There are too many callouts to make but we dealt most with Houssam, Axel, Reinaldo and Frederico. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!!

The staff especially front of the house were super engaged and really seemed invested in the guests having a good time. They have free Champaign hour, bikes, beach chairs, a good hot breakfast with eggs, beacon, turkey sausage, potatos, etc. rooms was clean and fresh, they have multiple fridges in the room with a drawer one and a normal one. Shower/bathroom seemed to be new. Really thought it was a solid place to stay if you’re wanting to do the south beach scene.

The hotel is kind of rundown but gotta say the staff is extra nice and helpful, the location is excellent and even the complimentary breakfast was passable( wish they didn’t have powdered eggs but having turkey sausage was a nice touch). I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere with the staff being as friendly and helpful. Especially gotta mention Reinaldo who is everywhere and does everything great.
