"Great 2 night stay, slight issue with Expedia which Tony sorted out for us swiftly, great service and a fantastic room, luxurious pillows and bedding/mattress so slept so well and didn’t hear any outside noise. The room has loads of technology if you want to use it. The aircon was a great extra and was lovely and quiet.The breakfast was really good, loads of choice and quality food. "The staff I came across during my stay couldn't have been friendlier, the room was nice and spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. The hotel had a real family vibe to it, I stay away for business a lot and it made a nice change to staying in the chain hotels"

"Very clean room, well organized and separated of toilet & batheoom and wash sink so we dont have to wait when one use it. Good security. Nice staff. Good atmoshhere and environment. Location is closed to the river. Perfect to stay here. We love it and will come back fore sure."

"When we booked the guest house was advertised as bed and breakfast, but after it changed hands this had changed. But we were offered the use of the kitchen and fridge which was really helpful. The manager was very helpful and sorted a couple of small problems very quickly and happily for us "

"This accommodation didn’t appear to be very posh and the room looked a bit dull BUT the beds were very comfortable, there was perfect silence during the night and the internet WiFi worked( despite a glitch at first possibly due to my own input or lots of others using it. To be honest this is a lot better than in the usual well known chain hotels that cost at least twice the price. Yup ! We were very happy with everything and a big THANK YOU to those responsible for this place."

"Modern, fresh, well maintained hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with plenty of charging stations and outlets. Super nice bath with massive soaking tub. Excellent on-site restaurant. What is most noteworthy is the very professional, well trained and delightful staff in both the hotel and the restaurant! Would stay at Sandburn Hall again and would recommend it to a friend. "
