Hotel in good location for shops, restaurants, bars and train station. Stayed in room only basis so cannot comment on breakfast! Lighting in room dreadful far too dark for drying hair!! Also maintenance work going on (notice in lift not advised when booking) so shower cold 2 out of the 3 times used!! Did mention at check out but girl on reception not remotely interested just charged £40 for parking car for two nights!!

Windows in room did not seal and so room was cool and noisy from wind whistling through crack all night. Alternate parking is not as advertised on web site. No special rate at NCP. Food service morning and evening was good.

The hotel itself is fine, although the layout is a little strange to me. My main issue was that I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having parking. I arrived only to find the car park is full (and remained full all weekend). Why advertise as having parking for guest when there is none available. If I had known there was no parking I wouldn’t have booked here.

The hotel was very clean room was great had a little balcony and view of the river. Nothing was any bother we asked for extra coffee sachets and were given them we didn’t have breakfast room only but plenty of places near to eat out We will be back

Very clean & quiet, nice breakfast, only thing to be aware of, is the rooms are very small, and the bed (at least in my room) is hard up against the wall which was a bit awkward. Would definitely stay again though.
