Yes the room was spotless and well equipped, the hotel itself was very nice and a good restaurant and bar , also not very far from the facilities of york ,the park and ride about two minutes away, would stay here again .

The hotel was excellent and a stones throw from the park and ride which was great for going into the centre of York. The hotel itself was great the staff was really polite and helpful nothing was to much for them to do and the meals were very good we will definitely be going back there again

Hotel was clean. When we arrived were told we’d have to wait for room to be ready and they would let us know. After considerable time we went to desk and they said yes room ready just wish they’d let us know as our time in York was limited and wasted valuable time. Reception didn’t seem organised on arrival. Breakfast was really good, bar staff and food & drink great and can’t fault room apart from phone not working for room service but I went down so no real problem. We had great time just wish arrival time was better as probably wasted 2 hrs of a two day trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was roomy and our bed was very comfortable. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Public areas were comfortable. The only downside for us was that we had to eat in the bar as there was a conference and coach parties in the restaurant.

Nice hotel outside York

The main areas in the hotel are fairly modern, however, our room was out dated. The heating did not work and the shower was very temperamental. The staff definitely make this place. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Overall, we had a good stay and we would recommend this hotel to others as it is well priced.
