"The Resort speaks for its self Excellence Rivera Maya was phenomenal. I recommend it to any couples or singles that want to escape to another world! Our room was beautiful and with a full bar with tequila and beer. The staff made it even better by making you feel special and the food was out standing. My wife and I will be definitely becoming back. We want to make a show out to everyone who made our honeymoon experience memorable! We thank you very much!"

"The rooms were recently remodeled and they were very nice. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were a lot of pools so the resort never felt crowded. There was wildlife that roamed the property. We saw monkeys, deer, and coati. The gym was great. We really enjoyed the coffee shop although it didn’t open until 3:00. We did not care for the ala carte restaurants that we tried (French & Peruvian) but everyone in our party were able to find food at the buffet that they enjoyed. The beaches were unusable because of the Sargassum but the resort staff was trying to clean it up. That did not stop us from having a great family vacation."

"We had a wonderful stay! The resort is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. While it’s smaller than some all-inclusive resorts, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to Hector, the manager of Bordeaux, and our server Arturo. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary during our stay, and they truly went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel incredibly special. The only thing I’d recommend is planning your trip during a lower seaweed season if spending time in the ocean is a priority. Because of the beach’s location, it tends to collect a lot of seaweed, which made swimming difficult. The staff worked hard to clean it every day, but that’s simply nature and beyond anyone’s control. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing getaway!"
