"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."

"We stayed in the basement apartment. It offered a lot of space for us, two parents and two teens. Main bed was comfortable and teens had their own room & beds. Very nice little garden and kitchen area with tea / coffee making facilities. Central location but quiet. Tons of dining options near by. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.

"The hotel is in good condition and very clean. I felt the lobby to be cozy and inviting. The room and bathroom were on the small side but clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones among the 3 hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to Europe. The staff was friendly and kind. There are different options neaby to grab a bite and an inexpensive, small but well stocked supermarket. Definitely recommend this hotel! "
"Excellent customer service, a/c, elevator lift, very clean, nice amenities, bed was a bit hard on the back, huge perk to have espresso machine and mini fridge in room. Location was ideal for access to the Tube, restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again."
"Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and choices. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly new with nice beds and modern bathrooms. It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.
