"Es war einfach alles perfekt. Ein sehr gut renoviertes Hotel im besten Zustand. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Und das noch in einer sehr angenehmen Umgebung."

"Wonderful property. It was very clean the staff were super helpful. I will say that it made our stay in Venice so easy and enjoyable. We will be back here whem we come back to Venice"

"Nice hotel with rooftop bar. A little quieter where it was located so that was nice. Beautiful location. Great service"

"โรงแรมใหม่ ทำเลสะดวก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และ ท่าเรือมากก"

"Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. When we called down about the hot water/air-conditioning problem the man at reception didn’t really seem to care,...

"Location was stellar!!! Safe area, close to all the best things~ Excellent staff~I wish I knew her name~ she was exceptional!!"

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the best possible location right at the start of the main canal. AC worked great. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Quiet, modern room and fresh breakfast. Staff very nice. Location also great. Overall good stay."

"I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!"

"The staff was very helpful, and was able to arrange transportation to the airport in the very early morning. They offered a box breakfast, as we would not be able to partake in their excellent breakfast. The room was small but well done and totally functional. We also appreciated how close they are to the main train station (VSL) - just a few blocks."

"Nice hotel clean and looks like it’s freshly remodelled Staff were nice and helpful Room was clean but it had a light marijuana smell, the first night we thought it was there cause we left the window open but the smell remained the second day so maybe a guest smoked in it But even with that our stay was good and the hotel was nice"
