"Checked in without towels (2 small towels and 1 floor towel) also fridge is not working at all for 2 rooms I booked 2722 & 2724, a bit disappointed. Request for late check out, only allow till 1pm for 1 room which is 2724. Suggest more training & upgrading in order to attract more return guests. "
"Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things.
Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there.
Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities."
"the hotel is value for money. it has everything you need ,can not ask for more. everything is best for the price you paid. good clean room,decent breakfast,good services and fair location. a little bit long walk from kl sentral but it's just an exercise after breakfast or dinner."
