"Such a fun stay. The room was cleaned each day of our stay and the amenities were so wonderful. Not a far walk from a train station and there were a handful of restaurants a short walk away. Staff was very quick and efficient with accommodations and requests and they thoroughly explained all the amenities they had to offer."

"The staff and environment were lovely. We were invited to relax and enjoy a cup of tea before checking in while the staff assisted other guests. The entire lobby and sitting areas instantly promote a sense of calm and serenity. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t realize we should have arrived earlier in order to reserve a time in the bath. We were disappointed about this but that was our “rookie” mistake. The room was clean and quaint. We enjoyed the use of the yukata provided and the futons...

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "
