"The location is superb!, MRT Taipei Main Station is next to the hotel by walking just 1 minute. There are bus stops, convenient stores, restuarants around the hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights. Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was so good. The most made me impressed that was service mind of all employees. They are polite, nice and kind to guests. "Nice place suitable for family and couples. The only negative issue was an extraordinary slow service at the Chinese restaurant. We had a very unpleasant time there. Otherwise, everything was confortable."

"Very poor experience, no electricity socket in the room, no air con that can be adjusted, very noisy/no isolation, windows facing restaurant inside, queue for breakfast with no access, not great buffet. Old hotel, poor facilities for very high price. I highly not recommend. This is not a 300usd/night standard. "
