No phone in room to call for anything No hot water in hot tub It was very warm water and it had so many leaves and Littel dust and debris in the tub So dirty hot tub that nobody wants to get in there. I went on the desk and told them about the water and it was dirty. They say it’s a nature, but that is not good answer they supposed to...

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. After the fifth call, we finally got the correct code and room munber"

Maybe can update the wifi instruction on the piece of paper (out-of-date) instead of the post on the wall. A different kind of blind will allow enjoying the street view more (since it's on ground level, need to pull up the curtain most of the time)"

We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply.
