"Loved this hotel! The hotel sent over the check in instructions days ahead of time, really easy to follow and to get into our room. Big beautiful room with mini fridge and coffee in the room . Was really easy to park right by our patio to load and unload the car."

"I booked a triple room with Expedia and the listing says: three twin beds. Hotel Kea gave me: two twin beds and a sofa bed... If i wanted a sofa bed i could have booked anywhere else... When we told Hotel Kea our rooms were incorrect they said there was nothing that they can do. Maybe there was some sort of miscommunication between Expedia and Hotel Kea. But if you were to book a hotel, why take the risk? I recommend you book elsewhere and save yourself the trouble."

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Hauptschalter, das große Licht an der Decke ist schon defekt und im Badezimmer sollte dringend der Kalk von den letzten zwei Generationen entfernt werden. Man hört wenn der Zimmernachbar das Klopapier abrollt, alles ziemlich hellhörig. Es gab auch nur zwei Handtücher im Zimmer, keinen Bademantel um zum Hot Tub zu gelangen, sodass man „wie Gott einen schuf“ geht oder in weiser...

"Place is ok but a few annoying things. Finding the place was not so easy. Also unexpectedly had stairs leading up to the apartment. The bed was not comfortable and pretty noisy. Blinds really don’t block out enough light. And there was no shampoo or shower wash. Pretty basic miss. "

"Do not stay in these apartments. This review is for Apartment No 6 1) The hot water smelt of rotten eggs, which on investigation is linked to bacteria in the water tank. We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply.
