"Booked a private room with shared bathroom at the hostel. I arrived very late but had received the self check in instructions via email. All was good and I was able to get to my room without incident. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The communal washing area and toilets were close which was helpful. "If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It had a private hot tub as advertised which was wonderful. We saw the Northern lights every night we were here. No tours needed, just look out your window. It was appointed with a kitchen which we used on several occasions to get a break from the food prices lol. Overall a 10 star from me."

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge.
