"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. "Apartment is wide. We found things as expectation except some bad matters. - Room is on the 4th floor but no lift! We had to move our 5 luggages and others on the narrow staircase. It’s very terrible experience. - Instructions for parking are not clear. They told us maybe parking fee and time limit but not clear how to read parking sign when and where can or cannot parking with fee or without fee. "Good location, walkable distance to restaurants and city center. Limited parking could be a problem for late check ins. Door codes were convenient, easy check in and entry. Shared kitchen was fully equipped. Spacious room but there was a stain in the ceiling which could be potentially a leak upstairs, hopefully they will fix it. The shower was a bit small, the curtain wraps around you when it gets wet. Plastic shower curtain might be a better fit. Good stay in general, spacious room. Laundry...
