"新大阪駅から近くて、コンビニも近くにあり、移動は楽だった。
客室は、4人で宿泊するには狭く感じ、テレビの代わりにスクリーンがあったが、全く使わなかった。使いたい機能がなかった。
2段ベットは天井とぶつかりそうだったので、マットレスを床に移動して寝た。
2階の音が響いてうるさかった。
あと、歯ブラシがないことを記載してほしい。
いろいろ書きましたが、何より値段が安かったので、宿泊費を抑えたい人にとっては良い施設だと思う。"

"Super friendly staff who makes check-in easy and are engaging to offer suggestions for your stay. The facilities are a little dated looking, but are clean and very spacious. There is a coin operated laundry room where you just drop coins in, detergent is already set. On the lobby wall are suggested places to get good food and pictures of each staff member so you know who you spoke with. I would recommend this hotel to families who needs more space than the typical Japan hotel would offer....

"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "

"It was nice staying in a quiet local neighborhood that was only a quick walk away from Osaka castle. All the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and spoke English fluently. It was nice to have our own little space for our stay. My only minor complaint is the in suite laundry system is fairly temperamental, make sure to do small even loads and I seemed to have the best luck by running separate cycles for wash and dry."

"Excellent hotel, room was spacious for our family of 4. It's a 9 minute walk to the nearest subway, 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away and a 7-11 at the corner. On the first day the washer-dryer malfunctioned, the front desk clerk was excellent and came up to do maintenance on it (a pipe was clogged) and after that it worked great. The place is spic and span."

"The room was clean and spacious. The in room laundry system was great. The bathtub, shower and toilet were amazing. We really enjoyed the complimentary water and treats in the room and coffee from the shop downstairs. The only thing missing was a second set of bed sheets and pillow cases for the second pull out folding bed. Thank you for a great stay. Vancouver Canada"
