"Stayed here as the last hotel of our trip and it was an absolute dream. My favorite part of every day in Osaka was stopping at the Lawsons 25ft from the hotel and getting snacks to eat in bed watching anime and looking out the windows to see the whole city glowing at night. Such a dream."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Universal Port. The hotel was very nice, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from a well-run theme park hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were well-kept and comfortable. Amenities were a bit limited, but that’s understandable given the location and the high number of guests. One feature we really appreciated was the luggage storage—being able to store our bags after checkout for free was a big plus. There is a ¥100 deposit, but it’s returned when you bring back the key. We also enjoyed how close the hotel is to the ferry, which made our trip to the Osaka Aquarium much faster and more enjoyable compared to taking the train. While there is a short walk to Universal Studios and the nearby shops, it’s very manageable and actually helps keep the hotel area quieter despite being so close to the park. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
