"Anche se e' stato un pernottamento di una sola notte il mio giudizio non sarebbe cambiato se fosse stato di piu' notti . Albergo molto ben tenuto e curato ,personale attento nelle esigenze degli ospiti e pronti ad eventuali soluzioni , struttura da segnare negli appunti oer un eventuale ritorno in zona."

"Camera confortevole , bagno pulito e molto grande . Televisore in camera molto piccolo. Colazione buona . Le piscine troppo affollate e con poca manutenzione . Nel prezzo della camera che è già abbastanza elevato potrebbero includere altri servizi della spa che invece sono tutti a pagamento ."

"Excellent place and people."

"Nice large room. Very comfortable."

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast was phenomenal, with a different hot dish every day, plus a wonderful spread of fresh bread, cheese, salami, prosciutto, fruits, The location is another big plus: it's close to everything and very accessible. Highly recommended"

"Nettes Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer etwas klein."

"Friendly and very helpful staffs. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Firenze SMN train station and only 10-15 mins walk to the attractions in town. I'd stay here again. Room decoration is very edgy with retro graphic style 9except for the bathroom). "

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"Beautiful room and property well located a short walk to the centre of town. Beautiful grounds and pool. Great breakfast offered each morning. Very easy parking with an overflow lot located across the street."

"Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."
