It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. "Upon checking find hotel owners eating KFC in the dining area. Hotel is under going renovation and ment the bar etc was not useable. Internet isn’t very good and no terrestrial channels on the tv."

"Such a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Close to the tram stop to get into the centre. Would definitely recommend. Great staff too!"

"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay."

"Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"
