"Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"I really like this place. THe only negative was that there is no USB port in the room, or anywhere in the carpark to charge an electric vehicle. Parking is easy and plentiful. Breakfast is great. Din't actually meet a single member of staff except in the pub (where they were very pleasant) - so i cannot really comment on the staff. It would be ice to actually see someone or have the facility to ask a question etc"

"The rooms are well maintained clean and the ac works well. The bathroom is nicely layer out with instant hot water. Breakfast there is a choice of pastries cereals home made granola yoghurt and there is a breakfast menu to order from and cooked fresh in the kitchen. We didn't have time this time to try the spar out but maybe next time. We will definitely stop hear again next time we stop over in brum."

"Treated myself to a night here and given the price point expected a lot and was sadly disappointed. Upon reaching reception I found a queue to check in. There were three staff members behind reception but only one was dealing with guests. This was frustrating. Finally checked in, room was a nice size, the air conditioning was a god send in the heat and the bed and bedding was very comfy. The bathroom was large and pleasant, but showing its age. Then in the morning, at around 9am, the staff...

"We chose it b/c it was right across the street from Birmingham New Street train station - and have no regrets, since it was close to everything else. Had also dinner there, the food was good. The bedroom was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Nice experience overall."
