"Nice clean room, was upgraded to an Executive room which was a nice bonus. No air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the room. A fan was provided. Reception gracefully gave us 2 jugs of milk for tea and were as kind and courteous as always! Bathroom was stocked with towels, shower gel and some lotions and a bar of hand soap. There was a breakfast option for £13.50, which we chose not to have this time. Check out was a simple card drop box. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"
"Loved it here no issues with anything. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and very clean. The surrounding area had a lot of positives, there were a few shops around, a petrol station, a few restaurants, a bus stop nearby and it’s really close to the city centre. The only issue I had was that the to wasn’t plugged in and wasn’t working, there were a few loose wires but I could’ve asked for support which I’m sure the staff would’ve got it...
"Blue Piano is a wonderful place to stay in Birmingham and I would personally recommend it to anybody who is considering a trip to Birmingham! The staff are hospitable, accomodating and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return."
