Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival.

"You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for "
"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
